The Rotary Club of Beckenham has been running successfully for over 75 years and it is my privilege to be President for 2011/12.   With just over 40 members I hope the weekly lunch meetings will be a source of good fellowship and encourage all members to be involved in a full programme of activities during the year.

Links with other neighbouring Rotary Clubs will be used for mutual support in running larger events to raise funds for charity.   Beckenham will assist local appeals such as Poppy Day and run Christmas Collections for local children’s charities.   Other smaller events during the year will contribute towards Rotary Foundation and other specific causes.
